Should we not have convinced you of the quality of our products (backgrounds) or if you no longer wish to have a reptile you ordered, there are various ways to withdraw from the purchase. However, these must be clearly indicated by you.

For ordered terrarium backgrounds, which are custom-made, we ask you to adhere to the following schedule, as otherwise the resulting costs will increase.

3-5 days after order: 25% of total cost; 6-10 days after order: 50% of total cost; 11 days after order: 80% of total cost, from day 13 100% of total cost
