After you inquire with us, we will contact you immediately to clarify the key data for your terrarium background. We will obtain the dimensions for the design and create a customized draft for you.

After you have approved our solution, we will begin construction of the background. This takes between 2-3 weeks, as some materials need to dry perfectly before we can start with the final production. In the meantime, you will regularly receive pictures of the current status, during which you can still submit change requests within a certain period. As soon as the background is finished, it will be shipped to you with a certificate.
