Questions about Reptiles
Do you also ship the reptiles from the shop?
No. It is currently not possible to ship reptiles. We offer self-collection and delivery in Vienna. Delivery in the vicinity of Vienna upon request
Are the reptiles healthy and have they already been to the vet?
Yes, our reptiles are generally raised on vital feeder animals and vitamins. As soon as possible, they are examined by the veterinarian.
What if I need a female, but the reptile I bought is a male?
The sex can be determined with certainty from the age of 6 months. Before that, the purchase is "undetermined". If you want to be sure, only buy a reptile when it is 6 months old or older.
What do I need beforehand if I buy a reptile from you?
You will definitely need a terrarium and a transport box. If you don't have a transport box, you can buy one directly at the store or on-site.
Questions about our back panels
Are the backgrounds custom-made for my terrarium?
Yes, our backgrounds are unique and made to order. A plan of the background for your terrarium will be drawn and sent to you by email.
How long does it take from order to delivery of the back panel?
Delivery times vary from back wall to back wall and are approximately 3 weeks. Some materials need to cure or dry thoroughly before they can be further processed.
Do you offer a warranty on the back panel?
We do not provide a guarantee for our back panels. Within the first 6 months, it is possible to have verifiable defects repaired free of charge.
May I express preferences for the back panel design?
Of course, we are happy to incorporate your design ideas or wishes into the background. You should be just as happy with it as the future inhabitant of your terrarium.
